Good News of Lydia?

We have recieved a letter from my uncle telling us that Lydia and Wickham are to be married. I find this joyful and disheartening at the same time. Joyful because she will not be deemed an awful name, shaming this family futher; it is completely disheartening because I know how awful the man she is to marry. Oh how will I live the rest of my life with a man like him in my family! UGH!
